Telling Tales is an intergenerational storytelling project made possible by a Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Arts Access Grant. Over 10 weeks, storyteller Fiona Dowling worked with a group of 4 local adults in Ballyogan FRC to train them into the art of storytelling for young audiences. Each participant picked a puppet character to work with and created a brand new story around that character using brainstorming, story games and input from the group. At the end of the project, the stories were performed to two creche groups (3-5 year olds) from Ballyogan Childcare Services.
